Upscale and exclusive. The Solana Beach and Tennis Club is a gated- Bluff top condominium community of over 100 villas. Our unit is a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse style. It has a lovely view to the east.

All furnishings and amenities are first class. Recently remodeled. The livingroom features a fireplace, 4 lounge chairs, 2 coffee tables, and a sofa (converts to a queen sleeper). Dining area is a large butcher-block table and high backed rattan chairs. Fully modern kitchen with all equipment including micro-wave, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven, etc. Dishes and glasses galore. Master bedroom has a king size bed. 2 chairs and a large dresser. There is a color
TV and VCR. An adjoining en-suite bath has a tub, toilet and vanity. Lots of closet space. High ceilings, and ceiling fans. Second bedroom has 2 xtra long double beds. High ceilings and
ceiling fans. Both bedrooms open to a large balcony. There is also a large balcony downstairs off the living room-dining room. Off the entry hall there is a small laundry and a one half bath. It is cozy.
