Drive up to a romantic entrance where two large beautiful trees sit on opposite sides to greet you, as you pass under and come up our ten thousand bricks driveway. It leads you to the nineteenth century style gates into a private courtyard. Once the gates close behind you it's your own little world. The home has an ideal and unique location with plenty of open space (one and half acres) that provides the ultimate in privacy, yet very central.

It is the perfect home for a family vacation. It is a 10 minute walk to Santa Barbara's largest park and beach. There are hiking trails, horse riding trails and it is literally a 5 minute drive to the center of downtown. We have beach cruiser bikes, boogie boards, surfboard and backpacks. And a little children's playground.

You may simply want to work out in our complete home gym. We have a gourmet kitchen with all professional appliances for those who love to eat as we do. Our home is just over 5000 sq ft., with 3000sq ft fully walled, 100% private patio (no one can see in; unless you are in a plane) for outdoor entertaining and barbecuing.

Each bedroom is unique in its own right. There are outstanding ocean views from the master suite and deck. The blue room with a full Indonesian vibe. Our son's room is every little kid's dream. The buddha room is all about Zen.
