This beautifully remodeled home has two residences, Surf City Hut and Surf City Hideaway, located just blocks from the beach.The two residences are perfect vacation rentals surrounded by a lush, tropical yard. You may rent one residence, or you may rent the entire home as one.

Amenities:

Surf City Hut- This residence has three bedrooms; one bedroom has a king size bed, one bedroom has a queen size bed, and one bedroom has three twin beds. There is also a rollaway bed for any room. The living room has two couches that can also be used for sleeping.There
is a large dining room and Gourmet kitchen. There is a large 35 foot deck off of the living which has a BBQ and patio furniture. Surf City Hideaway- This back residence has two bedrooms; the master bedroom has a king and a double size bed. The second bedroom has a double, and a twin size bed, there is also a rollaway twin size bed.The living room has a brick fireplace. The patio area has a large built in brick BBQ, second refridgerator, patio furniture, and a brick fire pit. Both residences have washer and dryer facilities and are fully stocked with linens, towels, blankets, cooking utensils, cable TV, VCR, DVD.

Activities and Attractions:

The beach is a seven to ten minute walk from the front door with lifeguard stations, fire pits and sand volleyball courts. On your walk to the beach you can stroll down Main Street where you'll find great restaurants, shops, and a Farmer's Market on Fridays. Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm are just half an hour away. San Diego and Los Angeles are an hour away.
