to the beach and quiet nights, and affords a comfortable, "live-in"
feel for vacationers. The unit is truly
designed to be home-away from home that makes a vacation truly special.
The Bedroom has a queen bed sleeps two.
Linens are completely furnished. This is a perfect place for a couple.
Possibly with a small child. The owners live close to the unit and are
avid surfers so special requests for surf boards or
beach gear can be accomodated.
Amenities:
The studio comes complete with a full bath, large closet,large bedroom
with a queen size bed, dresser, cable television and internet access.
The dining table seats four and the kitchen is set up with coffee/tea
maker, kitchen utensils, plates and glasses etc.
The patio area just outside the unit is comfortable
and private. Complete with a bar b que, outside eating area, space heater
& three fountains. This is a great area to have outdoor cocktails
and enjoy the wonderful weather and talk about surf stories and life.
Please make special requests for the beach items,
barbque, surf boards, etc. you might require. Maid service and new sheets
and towels will be provided if unit is rented for more than a week by
the same party. Laundry facilitys are located on the property.
