3 bedrooms 3 baths (sleeps 3-8). The property is a sunny 2 story home with charm and ocean views. It is on the ocean side of Pacific Coast Highway only a 1 minute walk to the beach. It's in an upscale neighborhood next to Emerald Bay, which is an exclusive gated community on the Ocean. It has 2 luxurious Master Suites upstairs and a queen size bedroom downstairs.

It has a wonderful patio for entertaining and grilling on a gas barbeque. The kitchen is open and filled with sunlight. There is a wonderful dining area adjoining the patio, a large livingroom with ocean views and three comfortable sleep sofas as well as a deck. As you walk in the front door there is a comfortable fireplace room with an additional sleep sofa.

Walk down the stairs from the first floor hall to the 2 car garage, tool room, and laundry area. Outside the garage door is a vegetable and herb garden and a dog run.

Walk out the front door one block down the street to Crescent Bay City Park, one of the most photographed places along the California Coast. From the park you can observe the sea lions frolicking around Seal Rock, pods of porpoises surfing the waves, and, in the right season, see the California Grey Whales migrating. Crescent Bay Park is a perfect place to take a photograph, have a picnic, or watch the sunset. Crescent Bay Beach is one of most noted beaches in the city. It's good for boogie boarding, body surfing, skim boarding, diving, swimming, snorkeling, diving, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and more.

Shopping is nearby at the Von's Pavillions, or Trader Joe's. For heavy duty shopping there is always South Coast Plaza. There are all kinds of recreational activities within walking distance including restaurants, theater, music, bars, and spas. We even have our local French coffee shop run by the enigmatic Jean Paul. He's noted for having the best coffee in the city. If you love golf, there is a good selection of beautiful courses.
