This darling two bedroom, one bath apartment is half a block from the beach and pier. French doors in the living room and dining room open onto the large sunny deck shaded by market umbrellas. The deck has a limited but lovely ocean view and is perfect for morning coffee, relaxing evening barbeques or afternoon sun-tanning.

Fully furnished with summery and comfortable colors and fabrics, this apartment sleeps six people (one queen, one full, and one fold-out couch in the living room), has two TV's, a full kitchen, beautiful new tiles in the bathroom, natural wood beam ceilings. There is parking for two cars (one garage space and the driveway in front of it), and a coin-operated laundry in the building. Beach chairs, sand umbrella and boogey boards are provided for your convenience and pleasure.

Located in the heart of the Pier Bowl and blocks from San Clemente's historic downtown, this apartment is within walking distance to great restaurants, delightful shopping, and the Sunday Farmers' Market.

San Clemente's beautiful five miles of continuous sandy beaches are among the world's best for swimming, boogey boarding, surfing and summer fun. Other nearby activities include hiking, biking, golf, tennis, fishing, wildlife viewing (seagulls all year long and whales if you are lucky), shopping, fine and casual dining, cinemas, local historical museums, and boating and jet ski rentals in Dana Point harbor four miles away.
