Property 426 Plan A is a ground floor condo with two bedrooms and one bathroom. This unit was completely remodeled in 2006 with an all new kitchen, bathroom, paint, furniture, hardwood and travertine flooring, electrical, plumbing, granite counter tops, travertine wainscot, stainless steel appliances, and laundry facility. The only thing that stayed the same is the 1920’s claw foot iron tub in the bathroom!

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. To sleep six people, there is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

Enjoy playing in the sand and surf all day or take moon lit walks on the beach in the evening. Watch TV, and feel like you are at the movies, on the new flat panel television with surround sound! Or bring your lap top computer and connect to the internet through high speed cable.

Rockaway Luxury #2 is the sixth property away from the ocean, hence just a quick walk until your feet are in the sand! And when you come back to the condo after a long day enjoying the beach, there is an outside shower to wash the sand and salt off! The condo also has a stackable washer/dryer for your use.

Furthermore, this property has a one car garage, but it only fits small to mid-size vehicles.
