The Bamboo Suite is a fully furnished one bedroom, one bathroom with a large (16x30 ft.) ocean view living room. Furnished with local art, it’s a warmly decorated with a fireplace, big screen HDTV, stereo system and fully equipped office with large desk and DSL. The large (12x25 ft.) private deck offers a sunny yet serene setting with peaceful ocean and canyon views, private sunbathing and afternoon shade.

The fully furnished ocean view kitchenette fulfills all the needs of home with cooking utensils, tabletop oven; gas BBQ with burner, and room to entertain guests. Bamboo Suite is situated on a large, very private, cul-de-sac lot with seasonal streams on both sides. A walk through the property leads to a Japanese gazebo with hammock and workout equipment that overlook the two seasonal streams forming the mouth of Bluebird Canyon.

The estate is a bird watcher’s paradise with deer and other wild animals in a jungle-like setting. The trail leads to a shortcut, via Bluebird Park, that is an easy six block walk to Cress Street Beach at the very trendy Rooftop of Casa de el Camino and Pottery Place. At this central location you’ll find some of California’s finest beaches. Walk North to Laguna Village and Lover’s Point or walk south to experience Victoria Beach and the famous five star Montage Resort. Note: Living room is extremely big. Everyone says that the pictures don't do it justice.

The Bamboo Suite is attached to, yet private from, a large three story house. It has an optional private entrance, driveway parking and smoking on deck only. This is a 'classic Laguna' getaway retreat and a great alternative to hotel or apartment living. Excellent references for corporate users.

If you have kids, the deck is fully kid-proof and there is a Graco "Pack and Play" crib available.
