This is our family home so it comes with everything you need to enjoy the Santa Barbara lifestyle.

Important note: Because this is our home and not a full time vacation rental there are two cats that "come with" the property. Also we do not wear shoes in our home and we do not eat on carpeted areas. Much of the house is traditional teracotta tile so there are plenty of uncarpeted areas. We do not have t.v. but do have a home theater (only dvd and video). Many of our guests are suprized how great it is to take a break from t.v. programming.
