Mammoth Mountain is rated one of the best ski and Snowboard Mountains in the United States. With an average of over 353 inches of snow falls onto the 11,053 foot summit, making the entire 3,500 acres of ride able terrain enjoyable for all.

This condo/house provides extremely easy access to the slopes. It is located less than a minute from Canyon Lodge and is walking distance from Chair 15. The location provides the perfect balance of privacy and peacefulness, with the active pulse of the ski resort.
