2 bedroom 2 bath accommodation (sleeps 7). Entire bottom floor of a beautiful Cape Cod style oceanfront duplex. Large patio on the beach with everything needed. Interior is mostly knotty pine with a large used brick fireplace. Wide sandy beach with spectacular views up and down the coast. Walk to famous local fun restaurants, "Newport Burger," and "Cappy's." Very clean; very cozy. Shouldn't be missed on a visit to the "O.C!" Bed set up: queen bed, 2 twins, full bed, 1 queen sleeper.
