The lower floor has its own fully equipped luxury office with its own private bathroom. The office overlooks a peaceful plant filled atrium and shares the view of the lake.

The large family room is equipped with the latest theater style sound system including large screen high definition TV inside a custom made entertainment center featuring a Bose 3800 lifestyle system. It also features a custom fireplace and wine bar.

A chef's delight and an entertainer's dream, the gourmet kitchen in this Huntington Beach property boasts a five burner gas range, wine cellar, built in refrigerator, two dishwashers, two microwaves, and double ovens. A spacious kitchen nook allows you to enjoy casual meals while watching the ducks and the fountain. The formal dining room faces a wall fountain with the peaceful sound of water for the ultimate relaxation.

After dinner, guests can sit in the formal living room nestled between the outdoor atrium and the lake view and enjoy the grand piano and large fireplace.

The master bedroom with a luxurious tempur-pedic adjustable king size bed also includes a third fireplace and a retreat area where you can view the fireplace while sipping a cappuccino or cold refreshing beverage from the mini-kitchen.
