There is room for 10 + people in this almost 3000 square foot home. There are 5 total tv's in this home 4 of which have dvd/cd players. The family room has a 50" dlp tv with full home theater surround system just like the game room. Kids room has 27"tv with cd/dvd player built in and bunk bed with full bed on bottom and twin on top. Den has the same tv set up as kids plus a queen sleeper sofa. Master has cal king bed, 32" plasma tv and a bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate travertine shower. Kitchen has state of the art stainless steel appliances and there is a buit in bbq on the balcony for those great beach nights. There is also a nice yard with grass right outside the game room.
